A: Keep your polymer clay jewellery away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to maintain its beauty and durability.
Remove your earrings before showering or swimming to keep them in pristine condition.
Store properly: Keep your earrings in a jewellery box or a safe place when not in use to protect them from dust and scratches.
Gently clean with a damp cloth, microfiber cloths work best. Do not use soap to clean.

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We offer standard regular mail (Flat Rate $4.99 or Free for orders over $79) and tracked shipping options within Canada, as well as shipping to the United States (Flat Rate $9.99 or Free for orders over $99). Delivery times vary based on the chosen method. You will be presented with the options in your Basket.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: We usually ship out orders within 2 to 7 days depending on the product availability. The time that the order will take to reach you will be dependent on the shipping method picked. We will be in touch with you and inform you when the order has shipped. Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been shipped, as these are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any customs/duty fees or additional costs that may be charged by postal services or other entities.
